Chocolate Chunk Oat Protein Bars

Ingredients

1 Gold Label Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix as per pack instructions, PLUS
1 cup oats
1 extra egg
2 heaped Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
¼ cup water

Method

  1. Make up Gold Label Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix as per instructions on the pack.
  2. Include the extra ingredients into the batter.
  3. Throw mix into a lined square baking tin.
  4. With a wet hand press into the tin so it’s smooth and level.
  5. Bake at 180C for about 30mins until golden and firm to touch.

Cool on a rack, but cut into bars while it’s still warm.
