INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder (12.4%), Vegetable Oil, Maltodextrin, Whole Milk Powder, Egg Yolk Powder, Raising Agent (500, 341, 450), Modified Starch (1422), Emulsifiers (471,477), Gluten Flour, Salt, Stabiliser (415), Flavour.

What you'll need:

500g Perfectly Moist Chocolate
Cake Baking Mix
° Cup Water (Room temp)
4 Eggs (size 6 or 7)
1 Cup Vegetable Oil

Get Baking!

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan Bake).
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Scrape down the sides and mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined 20cm x 9cm deep round baking tin (or similar).
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
