INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Modified Starch (1414, 1422, 1442), Vegetable Oil, Maltodextrin, Cocoa Powder, Raising Agent (450, 500), Emulsifier (471, 477), Salt, Free Flow Agent (170), Stabiliser (415), Chocolate Flavour, Colour (155, 133, 122).

What you'll need:

500g Gluten Free Chocolate Cake
1 & 1/4 Cup Milk
90g Butter (6 Tablespoons)
3 Eggs

Get Baking!

  1. Mix milk and eggs.
  2. Add to Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix and whisk until combined.
  3. Melt butter and add to rest of ingredients.
  4. Slowly mix until combined.
  5. Pour into greased tin and bake at 170c for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Check that its baked by using a skewer in the middle of cake - comes out clean when ready.
