INGREDIENTS: Maize Starch, Sugar, Gluten Free Cornflakes, Modified Starch (1422), Rice Flour, Coconut - Dessicated, Cocoa Powder, Golden Syrup, Raising Agents (450, 500), Salt, Soy Flour, Natural Flavour, Emulsifier (471)

What you'll need:

500g (1 pack) Bakels Gold Label Gluten Free Chocolate Afghan Biscuit Mix
250g (1/2 block) Butter (softened)

Get Baking!

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients on a low speed until combined or you can mix and combine the ingredients by hand.
  3. With a spoon measure off cookies to the desired size. (Cookies that are uniform in size and shape will bake better) – 10 Cookies is ideal.
  4. Place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes depending on how you prefer your cookies.
  6. Note: Ice with Gold Label Creamy Chocolate icing!
