INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Cocoa Powder (14%), Chocolate Chunks (10%) [Sugar, Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (322-Soy 476), Flavouring]. Chocolate Chips (8%) [Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa Powder, Butter Oil, Emulsifiers (492, 322-Soy), Salt, Flavour], Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Modified Starch (1442), Skim Milk Powder, Vegetable Oil, Potato Starch, Stabiliser (415).

What you'll need:

500g Chocolate Lovers Chocolate
Brownie Baking Mix
3 Eggs (Size 6)
1/4 Cup Butter (Softened)

Get Baking!

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes.

  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on how fudgy/firm you like your brownie).
  8. Note: Allow to cool before cutting.
