INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Cocoa Powder (13%), Chocolate Chunks (13%) [Sugar, Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (322-Soy 476), Flavouring]. Chocolate Chips (13%) [Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa Powder, Butter Oil, Emulsifiers (492, 322-Soy), Salt, Flavour], Wheat Flour, Raising Agent (450,500), Free Flow Agent (170), Maize Starch, Flavouring.

What you'll need:

500g Chocolate Brownie Mix
150g Butter (soften)
2 Egg

Get Baking!

  1. Preheat oven to 170˚C.
  2. Line a 20cm round cake tin with baking paper.
  3. Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
  5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again on a medium speed for a further minute.
  6. Pour the cake mixture into the prepared baking tin.
  7. Bake at 170˚C for 60 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.

  9. Cake should be placed on the central rack of your oven.
