What you'll need:

500g Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
120g Butter
1 Egg

Get Baking!

  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together at low speed until just combined or mix by hand.
  3. Roll cookie dough into balls and scale off at desired size.
  4. Place on baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Make 10 good sized cookies.
