What you'll need:
500g Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
120g Butter
1 Egg
Get Baking!
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Mix together at low speed until just combined or mix by hand.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and scale off at desired size.
- Place on baking tray.
- Bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
- Make 10 good sized cookies.
