1 Gold Label Banana Bread Baking Mix as per pack, PLUS
(optional) 2-3 heaped tablespoons of salted caramel toffee protein powder
(optional) Extra 1 / 4 cup water (Because of the extra protein powder + choc chips)
½ cup chocolate baking chips


  1. Make up Gold Label Banana Bread Baking Mix as per instructions.
  2. Add the chocolate chips, then pour into cupcake cases.
  3. Bake at 170C until cooked through and the tops start to go golden.
  4. Cool on a rack.
