Ingredients

1 Gold Label Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix as per pack, PLUS
3 sliced bananas
Caramel
Whipped Cream
Grated chocolate for decoration

Method

  1. Make up Gold Label Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix as per instructions.
  2. Press into the base of a baking tin + bake until golden.
  3. Once cooled, top the cookie base with a layer of caramel, then a layer of sliced banana, then a layer of whipped cream.
  4. Finish with drizzles of more caramel + grated chocolate.
