Ingredients

1¾ cups tepid water
2 cups Bakels Gluten Free Bread Mix

Method

  1. Place Bakels Gluten Free Bread Mix and the water into a mixing bowl and beat using an electric beater for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Deposit dough into a greased loaf tin and let stand in a warm place for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approximately 25 minutes or until baked.
