Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup BAKELS GLUTEN FREE FLOUR1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 cup finely chopped butter
1 cup hot milk
1 cup stale GF breadcrumbs
1 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp Gluten Free baking powder
3 cups of mixed fruit
1 cup dates
1 cup cherries and Ginger
½ cup almonds
Method
- Soak fruit in brandy overnight.
- Pour hot milk over breadcrumbs and add beaten egg, brown sugar and butter.
- Add sifted dry ingredients then add fruit.
- Steam in a greased basin for 3 hours.
