Ingredients

50g butter, melted
¾ cup water
1 cup sultanas
⅓ cup sugar
2¼ cups BAKELS GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX

Method

  1. Mix melted butter, Bakels Gluten Free Health Baking Mix and sugar until resembles soft crumbs.
  2. Add water and mix to a soft dough.
  3. Add sultanas until just mixed through.
  4. Place in rocky heaps on a greased oven tray, sprinkle sugar over the top.
  5. Bake at 200°c for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
