Ingredients

This recipe makes 2 x loaves!
1 Gold Label Banana Bread Baking Mix as per pack PLUS
Chopped feijoas
1 cup of White Chocolate baking chips (optional)
1 / 4 cup Caramel Creamer (optional)

Method

  1. Make up Gold Label Banana Bread as per instructions on the pack but replace half of the bananas with feijoas.
  2. If you are a big feijoa fan, leave out the bananas entirely.
  3. Add Caramel creamer + white chocolate baking chips to the batter.
  4. Throw mix into a lined baking tin.
  5. Bake at 170c for 30-35 minutes until golden and firm to touch.
  6. Cool on a rack.

Baking tip, if it’s nice + golden but not cooked through yet then pop a piece of tinfoil over the top to stop it browning any further.

Lunch box tip…slice up the whole thing + pop individual slices into small zip lock bags + freeze. Then simply grab one
