½ cup BAKELS GLUTEN FREE FLOUR 1 Tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds 150g butter ½ cup brown sugar 2 Tbsp sesame seeds ½ cup buckwheat 1 Tbsp honey ½ cup cornmeal 1 cup soy flakes ½ cup rice bran ½ cup ground linseed 1 egg (beaten) ½ cup coconut ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt
Melt butter and honey and add with the beaten egg to all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Press into a greased baking tin and bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
