1 Gold Label Banana Bread Mix as per pack instructions, PLUS
2-3 heaped Tbsp Salted caramel toffee protein powder OR caramel creamer (optional)
½ cup white chocolate baking chips


  1. Make up Gold Label Banana Bread as per instructions.
  2. OPTIONAL: Add the protein powder to the dry ingredients, plus a few Tbs of water to keep the consistency the same.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into a cake tin + bake according to the instructions at 170c until set and a fork inserted comes out clean.

Substitute any chocolate you like: white, milk or dark.
